Fantasy Island Meditation and Wellness center is actively seeking people with a background in holistic health and spirituality.

If that works out, the park will require you to apply with them within 15 days of residing here. That involves a criminal background check and perhaps rental check. I’m not sure. Their fee is $50 non-refundable.
